Short smooth nails are key to your unlocking as the tissues within the vaginal walls are tender and sharp objects of any kind can harm and pull you out of your pleasure zone.
Some will argue that they can use a toy instead so they can keep their long nails. This has some truth… however… you are being invited to experience a new level of pleasure.
To really FEEL the full magnificence of your magical garden, your finger pads add a lot more pleasurable sensation to the experience. The tips of the fingers act as a penetrating force of self-love from the masculine aspect of the self.
Your entire nervous system is hardwired to bring you pleasure and recognize pain. Using a dildo, vibrator or any other synthetic pleasuring tool separates you from yourself.

Utilizing Enhancers
Most will ‘get it on’ once under the influence of an enhancer to loosen them up. For this sacred practice I’d like you to try it without drugs or alcohol. Instead utilize sensual music, a warm bubble bath and candles to enhance your mood.
Warm yourself up to solo loving by gently caressing your skin while in a warm bath. Once out of the bath apply lotion or oil to your skin slowly and with a deliberate intention to really love yourself… fully.
Every touch is meant to be a healing one. Love yourself with deep healing touches that are meant to penetrate you to your core. You hold both masculine energy within that wants to devour you as well as the feminine energy that wants to surrender completely.
Making love to yourself ‘au naturel’ is deeply healing and builds self-esteem and self-confidence.
Yoni Wands also Assist in Opening the Streams Within
I recommend trying crystal wands in addition to self-pleasuring touch. As it greatly assists in opening your many pleasure portals within both of you in many significant ways. There is a plethora of crystals to choose from so take your time and go within.
When shopping, I always like to hold the object in my hands and feel it’s natural vibration. Everything is energy, we know this. It’s when we own our innate knowing held inside that we begin to naturally pick up on the unique vibrational signature of people, places and things.
Mastering this feeling within, solidifies a knowing inside! We then make connected selections in life that are MEANT for our personal expansion. Trust yourself.
If you cannot find a yoni wand in the local crystal store, hold a crystal of any shape in your left hand and ask your yoni if this is the energy needed to heal, cleanse and transform.
When purchasing your first yoni wands, I suggest beginning with an Amethyst to purify and cleanse. Then finish off with the vibration of love from the Rose Quartz. Your yoni will thank you!

Taking Your Time by Preparing
Have a container of warm water to place the crystal(s) in prior to use. Ensure that the water is quite warm at the start as you will not begin with the crystal(s) in your exploration. This warms them up to match the temperature of your yoni. Having a glass square dish with a face cloth at the bottom half full of water is perfect.
The cloth keeps the crystals from breaking and great for clean up once done! Having a plate of selenite underneath the glass container (covered with plastic so that it doesn’t get wet) is fantastic for raising the natural vibration of the crystals prior to use. TIP… use a shower cap for the plastic cover over selenite.
You will begin with your fingers to open and blossom in your pleasure slowly. It is when feeling your yoni that you may begin to feel some blocks to the streams that run. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your yoni wand. Dry it off and apply lube.
I always recommend having a bath towel underneath you so that you can have your intimates close by without soiling your sheets. It’s also a great way for allowing your natural juices to flow in fullness as no one likes to sleep in a wet spot.
While in your hand, close your eyes and go innately within… listen to the internal instruction. Hold the crystal above your yoni in whatever direction you are guided. Feel it’s vibration and then allow yourself to begin the healing pleasure. Trust yourself, you naturally know what to do. In Sacred Union Tantra Love making is not in the mind. It’s in the body while the mind observes and takes notes.
Over time and with more practice you’ll be able to unify the body, heart and mind for the ultimate in surrender and pleasure.
Allow your pleasure to take you where it takes you. You may find that you only utilize the crystal wands for a brief moment, and then you’ll innately go back to your fingertips. Your pleasure experience is an unfolding. It will come up and out in waves. Allow… allow… allow…
You are always opening and surrendering to yourself.
Once your experience of the expanded self in orgasm is had, give yourself the time to bask in the pleasure you just gave yourself. Too often we are in a rush to get on to the next task. You are to stay in the moment of pleasurable bliss until you naturally feel guided to move.
Some fall asleep and have a quick nap. Perfect. Follow your own rhythm.
Shorter Nails also Enhance Your Partners Pleasure
Keeping shorter smooth nails also benefits your partner, as you discover and unlock the many portals of your lovers Lingam and Anus. The skin is delicate in and around and must be lovingly honored. Wearing latex gloves with a lot of lube is truly transformative! Give careful attention to partners allergies.
When in the earlier stages of partner pleasure discovery, you will gently unlock levels within your partner that are directly linked to a healing. If when we touch our partner and they feel physical pain, even only slightly they will not be able to surrender completely to the experience within themselves or to you.
Love making is ever changing and should not begin with the same movements as before. Meet each other with fresh eyes and a fresh touch. The lover you touched just the other day, is not the same lover today. What worked once may not work again or for a long time. Meet yourself the same way.
Go into your love making with a curiosity to be discovered and to discover!
Keep a Nail File Handy
Good lovers already know this and keep their nails short. Am I saying that you are not a good lover if you have long nails? No. I am only suggesting that they get in the way of you having a deeper discovery of yourself and your partner. How do I know this? I too was into long gel nails for a bit of my journey. They look so pretty and made me feel all glammed up.
In that walk of my journey, I was not really loving myself fully. Meaning, my focus was on only one trigger point to get off in a quick explosion of orgasm, the clit. However, once I allowed my natural nails to be part of me and I began the discovery, those quick explosions that were once satisfactory were replaced with a rapture of wave upon wave upon wave of internal bliss that unlocked my goddess within.
There are trigger points within that UNLOCK your potential. Not just as a lover but in ALL areas of life. False nails are the surface level feeling of beauty and power from the mind. What if you opened and felt that level of power 10x within you, just as you are naturally, all the time?
